Dynamic Astrology Ltd. (D.A.) operates dynamicastrology.com and the DA iOS app. It is our policy to totally respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect whilst operating our website and app.

Here are our golden rules:
We are dedicated to protecting any personal information you share with us.

We refuse to share or sell any of your personal information with anyone outside of our company. All developers are also bound by our golden rules and NDA’s, and also share our ethics, hence aligning with the Dynamic Astrology Tribe, where authenticity and integrity is our vibe, keeps our truth alive.

We don't store personal information on our servers unless specifically required for the ongoing operation of one of the services you require.

Certain visitors to Dynamic Astrology's websites choose to use our products in ways that require us to gather personally identifying information.
To create an accurate natal chart, we ask for your date, time, and place of birth, along with an email address, to create an account. We use Stripe and PayPal to take payment, which are reputable and governed by their own strict policies of data protection.

We do not have access, nor would want access to, any of your financial details. So if someone buys a pair of Jimmy Choos or the latest Smart Watch with your payment info, it definitely won’t be us!

The information we require is limited to the info required to generate your astrological information.
In each case, such information is used only insofar as is necessary, or appropriate, in order to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with our products.

Protection of certain personally identifying information.

Again, we do not rent, share or sell any of your information with anyone. Our founder Carolyne Faulkner is referred to by associates across the globe as ‘The Vault’ when dealing with personal information, and this is reflected here and, indeed, throughout all Dynamic Astrology’s direct enterprises.

Dynamic Astrology only discloses potentially personally identifying information to those of its employees and customer service contractors who: (i) need to know that information in order to provide customer service or develop our products; and (ii) are bound by Dynamic Astrology N.D.A.’s to not disclose it to others.

By contacting Dynamic Astrology’s website and IOS app in any capacity, you consent to the transfer of such information to them if necessary.

Dynamic Astrology takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying information and we use certain security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We secure the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

Analytics

Dynamic Astrology collects non-personally identifying information on all visitors, such as the device type, language preference, referring site, time spent on each page and the date and time of each visitor request. This data is shared with Google Analytics, a third party analytics provider. This data does not include your contact information, your birth date, birth time, or birthplace and is simply to better understand how you use our products.

Data

We store your data for only as long as you have an account with us. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all data you have provided to us or that we have collected from our servers.

Privacy policy changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor and inline with new data laws and with U.K. and Wales’ data protection and privacy polices, we may change our privacy policy from time to time, and at our sole discretion.

Dynamic Astrology encourages our users to frequently check this page for any changes in our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our app or website after any change in this privacy policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
