Terms of Use and conditions for users of the Dynamic Astrology website and the D.A. iOS app.

Boring but Important Legal Stuff.

Dynamic Astrology Ltd. limits its liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is further limited to the total amount paid by you in the twelve month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

These terms state the entire agreement between us.

Dynamic Astrology can terminate this agreement at any time if we think that you have breached these terms or are acting against the spirit of them and, if we do, we will refund you any fees paid in the past 3 months.

This agreement is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your Acceptance.

By accessing, reading and making use of our web pages, our chart calculator and the iOS app provided by Dynamic Astrology Ltd., you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below and on the respective web pages.

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, we are very sorry but you then can’t access or use the information or services provided by us on the website or the app.

Usage.

The services offered by Dynamic Astrology are intended for private use by human individuals interested in self-improvement, coaching and astrology. No user is allowed to build a commercial service based on the resources of our website content or app; to resell or redistribute services or data offered by the server, our Dynamic Astrology website and app; or to extract any of the information and content on our website, chart calculator or app systematically for data capture.

Dynamic Astrology is trademarked and retains the copyright, designs and intellectual property for all software, content, designs and intellectual property: meaning that none may be reproduced without consent.

Please don’t steal! We are an independent, small company and all our designs and content have taken heart, soul and plenty of hard-earned money.

All exceptions to this rule require the consent of Dynamic Astrology Ltd. in writing and are valid only until revoked. If you want to reproduce something or use our designs, please don’t copy, just ask. We love to collaborate, you may also license our software but, again, you will need to contact us and enter into an agreement that works.

Furthermore, please do not publish any content or other free information in a public web log (blog) or any other medium without our consent. All copy, text, design and artworks in these web pages, app and chart calculator are protected by copyright and require permission by Dynamic Astrology in writing for each case of re-publication.
Unmodified publication of our chart drawings, which are created from the user's own data does not require permission by Dynamic Astrology so long as you please quote the source (i.e. us).

Trademarks and Service Marks.

Dynamic Astrology, and our respective designs and logos, are registered trademarks of Dynamic Astrology. No part of www.dynamicastrology.com or the D.A. iOS app is so constructed that images, registered trademarks or logos of this website are automatically licensed for use by anyone. By downloading or copying contents from either entity, you do not acquire any right to use any elements of www.dynamicastrology.com, nor the software, which is required for the use of these elements.

Reliability of Information.

You, as a user, assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the web pages, information and advice created and offered by us. Neither Dynamic Astrology nor any of its employees make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or non-infringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to any products, merchandise, information or services provided through our web pages, or the D.A. app. Dynamic Astrology shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising to you or any third party, either directly or indirectly, from any transaction, be it through the internet or otherwise.

Dynamic Astrology has no obligation to monitor any transmission made through the respective web pages and D.A. app. However, you agree that Dynamic Astrology has the right to monitor our Internet services electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or if required to protect itself.

Software Quality.

We keep our stuff as clean as we can and carry out regular health checks but, although it’s very unlikely to happen, Dynamic Astrology can not guarantee that any information, software or other material accessible through one of our web pages is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other harmful components.
